Job Description

Our organisation requires a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing income tax working papers and liaising with external tax agents to ensure timely lodgement of annual group income tax return.

  • Prepare tax-effect accounting and reporting, including note disclosures.
  • Prepare and lodge annual FBT returns.
  • Support preparation of monthly BAS returns and other tax administration as required.
  • Prepare and review monthly journals, account reconciliations, and accounting workpapers.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, including cash flow statements and KPI reporting.
  • Ensure monthly financial reporting is completed on time and in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Maintain and improve finance processes, documentation, and systems to create efficiencies and support business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CA. They should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in the finance industry would be an advantage but not essential.
