Exciting Opportunity for a Finance/Administration Officer

Workforce Extensions, on behalf of Mediapoint, a leading trade printing company based in Derrimut, is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Finance/Administration Officer to assist with a variety of financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Regular bank reconciliations, receivables, and supplier invoices
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and enter weekly payroll for 15-20 staff members
  • Reporting and Analysis: Present financial and operational reports to the leadership team
  • Support and Administration: Diary management, project support, and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Office Management or Bookkeeping
  • Strong computer skills, including Xero and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with reconciliation, payroll, AR, and AP
  • Ability to manage diaries and correspondence on behalf of directors
