This is a full-time position working on a roster Monday - Friday in addition to every other Saturday.

Your key responsibilities will include
- Promptly and professionally answering incoming calls
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle all outgoing and internal mail
- Order and maintain appropriate stationary stock levels
- Order and manage all uniform requirement
- Complete general administration duties including but not limited to;
- Administrative duties for all other departments
- Management of our customer and contractor management systems
- Some financial duties for the finance and payroll teams

Do you possess the following qualities
- Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry
- Welcoming and professional telephone manner
- Team orientated approach with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Attention to detail with a professional presentation
