Power System Engineer Job Description">

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled Power System Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers in managing complex projects in power transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and HVDC.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of power systems in the transmission, distribution, and/or renewable energy industry, as well as proven leadership and mentorship experience.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with counterparts globally, managing development of models, performance of studies and assessments of results using PSSE, PSCAD, PSS/SINCAL, and/or DIGSIL Bent, providing technical supervision & mentoring a team of engineers, and staying updated on industry trends and NER technical rules.

Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power System Engineering, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in the industry, and excellent communication and project management skills.
