Represent the University of Tomorrow

We are seeking ambitious and dedicated students to be part of a dynamic team as Student Ambassadors. As representatives of the university, you will play a key role in engaging future students through various events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as ambassadors of the university at events including open days, university expos, campus tours for prospective students, and events on high school campuses.
  • Proactively interact with future students, parents, careers advisors, school principals, and teachers, sharing your experiences of university life with diverse audiences.
  • Lead informative tours of the campus for individuals and groups of prospective students.
  • Deliver engaging workshops and presentations to groups of high school students and parents about the university's offerings, admissions process, scholarships, transition into university life, and what university is like.
  • Undertake tasks such as organizing promotional materials, data entry, event preparation, social media management, and phone calls to students.
  • Attend training sessions, team meetings, and other development opportunities as scheduled during the year.

Requirements:

  • Have completed at least one semester of study at the university by the end of 2025 and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to obtain one.
  • possess excellent customer service skills.
  • be available to work at events outside of regular business hours, including some evenings and weekends.
