About the Position- Support strategic planning, proposal development, and contract execution aligned with client requirements.
- Assist with coordinating and supervising UXO field operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor budgets, provide financial reporting, and ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
- Contribute to accurate documentation, risk management strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 1–2 years of experience in project administration or a related field (UXO, environmental, or technical fields highly valued).
- Familiarity with field operations or Australian Defence Force contracts is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A solid understanding of budget management and reporting principles.
