About the Position
  • Support strategic planning, proposal development, and contract execution aligned with client requirements.

  • Monitor budgets, provide financial reporting, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to accurate documentation, risk management strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in project administration or a related field (UXO, environmental, or technical fields highly valued).
  • Familiarity with field operations or Australian Defence Force contracts is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A solid understanding of budget management and reporting principles.
