We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee our financial strategy and capital management across our platform. This senior leadership position will provide strategic financial insights to the Executive Team and Board.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will support the CFO in corporate strategy, funding requirements, and capital allocation decisions.

They will lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Additionally, they will monitor market, regulatory, and ESG trends to inform financial strategy.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 15-18 years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, infrastructure advisory, or senior finance within the energy/renewables sector.
  • A proven track record in capital markets, M&A, and project finance transactions.
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, asset valuation, and capital structuring.
  • Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with Board and investor-facing experience.
