Job Description

">

The ANZ Vendor Specialist will play a critical role in facilitating collections activity and reducing losses in accordance with our company guidelines and Australian & New Zealand Regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include liaising with customers, external Debt Collections Agencies (DCA), and customer service teams, as well as maintaining relationships and coordinating changes to supplier and third-party management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, both internally and externally">
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure">
  • Experience in call auditing/call calibrations">
  • Collections experience">
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills, with excellent oral and written communication ability">
  • Ability to effectively work independently while collaborating with team members and internal business units">
  • Exceptional client focus: ability to form relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly">
  • Working knowledge of ANZ Regulatory requirements; BNPL code, DCGs, ASIC, Privacy Act, CCFA etc.">
