Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day operations for our funds, including managing relationships with third parties such as investors and fund managers.
  • Prepare periodic Net Asset Value calculations and year-end financial statements, as well as review other fund-related reports.
  • Handle fund accounts and prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities.
  • Coordinate investor servicing activities, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
  • Support senior officers and managers in ensuring quality work is delivered to clients.
  • Liaise with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the setup process of new funds.

Your Profile:

  • A strong academic background is essential for this role.
  • Newly qualified or partially qualified accountants (e.g., CPA/ACCA/CPAA/AICPA/CIMA/ACA) are preferred.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in financial services, especially with alternative investment funds (including Private Equity and Real Estate funds), is desirable.
  • You must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Mature and detail-oriented with high-level IT literacy and strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with eFront and Yardi systems is an advantage.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
