About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Information and Document Management Lead to join our Enterprise Technology team at Allianz Popular SL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring proper information and knowledge management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Information Management Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive information management strategy that aligns with organizational objectives, focusing on documents stored in the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Oversee Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and efficiency through a continuous improvement strategy, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft 365 Applications: Work closely with Microsoft 365 applications to develop and execute governance for automation features, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
  • Maintain Information Architecture: Oversee and maintain Allianz Popular SL's information architecture, serving as the business owner of Microsoft 365 and providing thought leadership on best practices for managing information and using Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Establish Reporting Objectives: Establish and maintain appropriate reporting objectives, goals, and metrics to ensure executive oversight of the ongoing effectiveness of information and document management, as well as compliance with local and group obligations.
  • Compliance Requirements: Own the compliance requirements for information and document management stored in the Microsoft 365 suite, including but not limited to ASIDM, RRDP, Protection and Resilience, Data Governance and Leakage, and DORA.
  • Lead and Coach Team Members: Lead and coach junior team members to develop their capabilities, ensuring a high-performing team that can effectively manage information and document management.
About You
  • Experience with Microsoft 365: Proven experience using Microsoft 365 as a document management system, with demonstrated skills in SharePoint for information and document management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Teams, with the ability to effectively collaborate with global teams to provide a local solution.
  • Knowledge Management Experience: Experience in developing knowledge management processes and efficiencies in a large organization, with a strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and data loss prevention best practices.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and empower people to develop individual and team potential, with excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
