Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ovens Lead to oversee the operation of our Baking Areas.

This is a permanent full-time role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Oversee the safe and efficient operation of ovens and baking equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Manage activity levels and report to supervisors.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a bakery or similar environment, with a strong understanding of HACCP principles and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
