Aged care is a vital profession that requires dedication, compassion and patience. As a multi-skilled carer, you will be working closely with residents to support their physical, social, emotional, psychological and spiritual wellbeing through individualised care delivery.

Here are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Support resident's wellbeing
  • Assist with care needs
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Advocate for residents' rights
  • Assist with daily activities
  • Manage medication

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Aged Care, effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents. You will also need to have previous experience administering medications and hold a valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months.
