Job Opportunity: Clinical Development Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Level 2 to fill a temporary full-time position as a Clinical Development Nurse in our Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational initiatives to support staff development and enhance clinical skills across the Emergency Department.
- Promote high standards of professional and clinical practice in emergency nursing through leadership and mentorship.
- Contribute to the advancement of nursing education and support departmental management activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence in a fast-paced ED environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Level 2 qualification.
- Pre-employment National Police Check; compliance with occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination policy.
- Desirable: experience in emergency nursing education or clinical development.
