Social Infrastructure Project Manager

This pivotal role bridges investment and delivery, ensuring social infrastructure investments meet the highest standards while achieving positive outcomes.
We partner with leading organisations to deliver projects in housing & renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide feasibility input during investment due diligence.
- Oversee project delivery post-financial close, ensuring budgets, timelines, and obligations are met.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with builders, developers, consultants, and housing partners.
- Identify and resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively.
- Report project performance and risks to internal teams and partners.
- Ensure assets are fully set up and transitioned into long-term management.
- Proven experience ideally in large-scale social infrastructure (affordable housing, SDA, social or transitional housing).
- Finance or funds management experience in property or infrastructure, with a clear understanding of institutional standards.
- Strong project execution and stakeholder leadership skills, bridging investment and operations.
- A detail-oriented, resilient operator with the ability to manage complexity and deliver results.
