As a seasoned legal professional, you will lead the legal function across the organisation, providing strategic advice and operational oversight. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will manage a team of three legal professionals and work closely with senior leadership to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of legal experts, fostering a collaborative culture
  • Provide expert legal advice to executive teams on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
  • Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-value contracts, including vendor, partnership, and customer agreements
  • Ensure adherence to telecommunications, privacy, consumer, and employment laws
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8–10 years post-qualification experience in law, preferably with a blend of top-tier private practice and in-house roles
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing legal teams, including performance development and team structuring
  • Proven ability to advise senior executives and boards on complex legal and regulatory matters
