About the Position

You will be working with a well-organized portfolio of residential properties based in the Adelaide Hills, focusing on leasing, administration, and leadership. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships between owners and tenants, leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Listings: Advertise properties effectively to attract potential renters
  • Inspections & Viewings: Conduct open inspections and private viewings to showcase properties
  • Portfolio Management: Support a tidy portfolio of 60-80 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Lease Renewals: Facilitate lease renewals, tenant selection, and property appraisals to maximize rental income
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Rental Arrears: Manage rental arrears efficiently to minimize financial losses
Requirements
  • Prior experience in property management is essential
  • Proficiency in PropertyTree and Inspect Real Estate software is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • A high level of customer service and care factor is expected
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are required
