What This Opportunity Involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright, and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic team as a Centre Manager. You will be responsible for undertaking the management, leasing & operations of the Shopping Centre while working with the marketing manager to maximize the net return to the Owner.

To be successful, you'll have strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with Owners, Retailers, staff members, and co-workers. You'll have the ability to work independently, multi-task, and be very well organized with a high level of initiative required on a day-to-day basis.

Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise. Previous experience in a Retail or Centre Management role is essential. You will need to hold a minimum Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
