Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

The Production Planner will assist in closing out projects, provide administrative support, and work closely with production planners to maintain work orders. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project close-out
  • Support production planners in maintaining work orders
  • Extract planned orders from MRP, verify product specifications, and issue work orders
  • Calculate metrics such as types and quantities of items produced, materials used, and amount of scrap, frequency of defects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative Experience:
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with superiors and peers

Working Environment
