We seek experienced professionals to join our team in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and producing premium bakery products.
  • Measuring ingredients accurately to create consistent dough batches.
  • Mixing, scaling, and dividing dough as needed.
  • Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods.
  • Operating machinery and tools efficiently.

Competitive compensation package includes:

  • $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a baker (preferred)

Authorisation:

  • Australia (preferred)
