Job Title: Retail Visual Merchandiser

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Macpac Camperdown store. As an In-Store Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer journey and ensuring seamless store navigation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement visual merchandising solutions that meet the highest standards and drive sales growth;
  • Train and develop team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes, leveraging your supervisory or leadership experience to drive results;
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and VM leaders to carry out campaigns and ensure visual merchandising objectives are met;
  • Promote a safe and inclusive shopping environment that prioritizes customer safety and well-being;

About You:

  • You possess strong experience in visual merchandising apparel within a retail environment;
  • You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team;
  • You excel in communication and stakeholder engagement, with exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • You are a creative and detail-oriented team player who thrives in fast-paced environments;
