As a Retail Visual Merchandising Professional at COS, you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional customer experience within our stores. In this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to elevate the collection in a way that is both inspiring and commercially savvy, aimed at maximising indirect and direct customer service while driving sales performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
  • Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store
  • Install window displays
  • Create inspiring outfits and style mannequins
  • Merchandise stock on the shop floor as per company directives
  • Support sales staff with store operations
  • Set the visual merchandising standard for the store and train the team
  • Act as a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers
Requirements:
  • An understanding of the latest trends, fashion and silhouettes
  • Experience working with visual-merchandising guidelines, including window display and mannequin styling
  • Experience taking informed VM actions based on commercial KPIs and sales data
