Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of our civil infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and other related infrastructure
  • Tendering, contract management, and negotiation with stakeholders
  • Site supervision and surveillance of works to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
  • Budgeting and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget
  • Stakeholder management and engagement to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and Project Management
  • Experience in project and/or construction management, with a proven track record of delivering capital works projects in Local Government
  • Solid understanding of Local Government procedures, principles, and legislation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A current driver's license
