Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to management and strata managers
  2. Diary management
  3. Prepare and issue agendas and minutes
  4. Prepare and issue quotes and work orders
  5. Strata roll management
  6. Update insurance
  7. Assist with general enquiries and answer incoming calls
  8. Update various registers
  9. Data entry and assist with accounts payable processing
  10. Assistance with meeting arrangements
  11. Database maintenance, including making accurate file notes
  12. Reporting
  13. Electronic and hard copy filing
  14. Provide ad hoc administration support to your busy team

Requirements:

  • Accurate data entry/typing and proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Happy to present in corporate attire
  • Interest in building a career
