
Account Management Professional

As an account management professional, you will be the key link between businesses and their valued clients. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities in your region.
Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by developing and executing effective account management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers by analyzing market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Pprepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales by utilizing negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in the fuel or transport industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
