About the Role
  • The Project Manager is responsible for delivering subdivision & infrastructure projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate project compliance in accordance with our Integrated Management System.
    • Develop and implement project plans and programs.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing project team.
    • Cultivate and manage client relationships.
    • Metricate performance of construction crews and subcontractors against program and cost forecasts.
    • Identify and mitigate performance issues.
    • Monitor and report production costs on a regular basis.
    • Sources plant, equipment, and materials as needed.
    • Develop, review, and approve Management Plans and SWMSs.
About You
  • Demonstrated relevant experience (min 4 years) as an Engineer on subdivisions and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Significant project management experience.
  • Proven expertise in earthworks, roads, pavement, structures, and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working with authorities such as local councils and service providers.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong rapport with subcontractors.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Established people management skills.
