Sales Territory Manager Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Territory Manager who can drive sales growth and expand our customer base within the assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, building strong relationships with customers, and negotiating sales agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and/or FMCG experience, preferably in the Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets. You will also possess basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
You will work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will be able to travel regularly, staying away from home every 4 weeks for 2-4 nights each trip.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships within your portfolio of customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
- Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
