About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will have a strong understanding of the unique issues affecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the region and be able to provide culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical duties relating to client screening, assessment, observation, education and follow up
- Deliver health promotion and community engagement activities
- Undertake administrative duties as required

Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care and/or registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Health Practitioner
- Experience as a Health Worker or performing the duties required of this position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
