About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Dietitian to join our team in the Renmark region. As a key member of our dietetics team, you will provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to adults living in Residential Aged Care facilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred dietetics care to clients, focusing on improving nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes.
  • Provide educational sessions to enhance clients' understanding of healthy eating and meal planning.
  • Conduct menu and mealtime assessments to ensure optimal nutrition outcomes.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and Plena colleagues to deliver high-quality dietetic care.
  • Emphasise continuous improvement and adherence to contemporary best practice standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dietetics
  • Current DA registration
  • A willingness to travel and work in a mobile role
  • National Police Check and NDIS worker screening
  • Australian working rights
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and current flu vaccination
