About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, while assisting our Venue Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams
  • Assist Venue Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our patrons
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies
  • Maintain a high level of customer service excellence
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a leisure facility
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
  • Previous experience and success in a comparable role
