About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Operations Coordinator to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams
  • Assist the Venue Managers in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and public safety applications within a leisure facility
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and patron experience
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
  • Previous experience and success in a comparable role
