We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategist to join our organization.

As the Financial Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making within our Finance department. Your strong analytical skills and expertise in financial planning and analysis will be instrumental in providing insights and recommendations to support our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budget analyses.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analyses, identifying trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in a related field is highly desirable.
