About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Senior Product Developer to join our Cotton On Womenswear team. As a key member of our product development team, you'll lead and mentor your team to develop ethical and sustainable lifestyle products that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of product developers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
  • Partner with buyers and suppliers to negotiate and manage product expectations, track production, and manage product schedules
  • Contribute to fittings and review samples to ensure products meet standards and frameworks
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and growth
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or qualification in production, fashion, or textiles
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior product developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team
  • Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
  • Knowledge of jersey fabrication is highly regarded
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator
