About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consolidated Group performance reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis and insights. This role also involves strategic finance business partnering across revenue and expense business units, as well as financial modelling and analysis to support business and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Finance Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive revenue and profitability.
  • Financial Modelling: Design and build robust financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven background in FP&A or finance business partnering.
  • Skillset: Strong financial modelling and analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior Executives and business leaders.
