Early Childhood Diploma Room Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our early childhood education program.

  • Lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality early education and care.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Room Leader or a strong interest in leadership roles
  • Current Working with Children Check certification
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Child Protection training/certificate
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
