We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Diploma Qualified Room Leader.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from a recognised Registered Training Organisation, with at least two years full-time relevant work experience.

They will be passionate about providing high-quality education and care to children, and have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

The role involves leading a team of educators, ensuring child safety and welfare at all times, and providing an exceptional customer experience for families.

Key accountabilities include:
