Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Operations Manager to drive success in our stores. This role offers a leadership opportunity where you will have the chance to develop your skills and take charge of a store.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote exceptional customer service and maintain high store standards, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
  • Develop and lead your own store team, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Maintain a safe and productive store environment, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity among team members.
  • Drive store performance with KPIs, targets, and financial results, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and growth.

Work Schedule

This role requires a flexible schedule, with hours typically Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm. Some flexibility is required for weekend shifts and public holidays.
