The Role

Country Road Group is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our Botanica Support Office in Burnley. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for greeting internal and external visitors, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a casual role, requiring 2-3 days of work per week, with 4-5 hour shifts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, including managing the visitor log and providing visitor passes
  • Meet and greet external visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, directing as needed, and providing excellent customer service
  • Book and coordinate meetings, and related tasks, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • On-site contact person for maintenance, suppliers, and external clients, ensuring seamless communication
  • Enter data and maintain time sheets, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage the daily incoming and outgoing mail processing, ensuring timely and secure delivery
  • Proactively maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Other ad hoc administration tasks, including ordering stationery, filing, budget tracking, and meeting minutes

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of a retail fashion business, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proactive approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of packages
