Seeking a Rates and Revenue Specialist with strong customer service skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Local Government rates and revenue environments, as well as proficiency in using Infor-Pathway software.

We are offering an attractive remuneration package starting from $82,023 to $90,329 (inclusive of Superannuation).

As a Rates and Revenue Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences and outcomes to the community and its residents. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Respond to customer Rate's enquiries and requests promptly and accurately
  • Use your strong communication and customer service skills to ensure all customer interactions, experiences and outgoing correspondences are of high quality
  • Process and maintain accurate reporting for the recovery of Rates
  • Work to strict deadlines with a customer-focused mindset
  • Look for business improvement opportunities in the Rating processes

You will have:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent Business Level Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a Local Government rates and revenue environment
  • Experience in using Infor-Pathway software
