- Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
- Develop tailored treatment plans to meet each patient's specific needs and goals.
- Provide individualised therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for NDIS participants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and reports.
- Educate and support families and caregivers on effective communication strategies and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
