Contracts Administrator Role

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing scopes of works, negotiating and letting sub-contracts, monthly cost reporting, and administering variations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing comprehensive project plans and schedules
  • Negotiating and managing sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Coordinating and monitoring project progress
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
  • High level of computer literacy with experience in modern construction software systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
