As a leading expert in high-voltage projects, we seek an accomplished senior engineer to assume the role of Primary Power Engineer. In this pivotal position, you will spearhead technical delivery, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth and success of our power business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for primary/HV projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of feasibility studies, concept designs, detail designs, and owner's engineer services
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development, fostering growth and expertise in electrical engineering disciplines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-voltage substations and related infrastructure, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver high-quality documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in meeting project deadlines
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering, with significant experience in power transmission, distribution, and traction power projects
  • Proven capability in substation primary engineering, including design and commissioning of HV/EHV substations up to 500kV
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication of complex issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring seamless project execution
