Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies to engage customers across various touchpoints.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and create conversion rate optimization scenarios.
  • Design the complete customer journey from welcome to thanks for purchasing, analyzing current campaign libraries via a customer journey lens, and enhancing or redesigning it.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong background in database marketing, direct marketing, and/or performance digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of creative, specifically art direction and copywriting.
  • Multichannel marketing experience is beneficial.
