Are you passionate about helping people, solving problems, and making things run smoothly?
As an Online Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for online customers - helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Helping customers identify the right parts/products based on their needs
  • Processing online orders, managing returns, and coordinating with warehouse and sales teams
  • Learning and navigating our internal systems
  • Keeping customer records and communications up to date and accurate
