About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Risk Management Framework, encompassing risk assessment, control evaluation, and assurance activities.
  • Enhance risk practices, frameworks, and policies to support the Risk Management Framework.
  • Provide advisory support on risk management matters and deliver risk oversight and assurance activities.
  • Guide business owners in completing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment and subsequent control testing.
  • Support the business in identifying critical risks and developing associated treatment plans.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a risk-related role with a regulator, financial institution, or similar entity.
  • Knowledge of contemporary risk management and assurance practices, control testing, and risk modeling.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
