The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to join our dedicated Legal, Risk, and Compliance team. As a Senior Risk Advisor, you will play a crucial part in enhancing risk management practices to enhance the organisation's business capabilities. You will provide advisory support, conduct oversight and assurance activities, and deliver insightful risk reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework, encompassing risk assessment, control evaluation, self-assessment of controls, assurance activities, operational risk incident management, scenario analysis, and other related areas.
  • Enhance risk practices, frameworks, standards, and policies that support the Risk Management Framework.
  • Provide effective advisory support on risk management matters.
  • Deliver risk oversight and assurance activities across the first line of defence.
  • Guide and support business owners in completing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment and subsequent control testing.
  • Support the business in identifying critical risks and developing associated treatment plans.
  • Engage continuously with various risk activities underway, such as a CPS 230 readiness program.
  • Provide insights and analysis of risk data and support the development of risk-related reports.
