Content Creator & Producer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and skilled individual to fill the role of Content Creator & Producer. This position involves developing and implementing content strategies across multiple brands, with a focus on building and scaling our newest brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of branded short-form content, confidence on camera, and experience running shoots and editing for social media platforms. They should also be enthusiastic about using AI in creative workflows and have excellent communication skills.

This is an entry-level position, but we are looking for someone who can think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to amplify reach and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form content that aligns with our brand values
  • Repurpose existing content into various formats for different platforms
  • Direct, guide, and occasionally feature in content to bring ideas to life
  • Stay up-to-date with social trends and adapt them to fit our brand
  • Manage weekly filming sessions and maintain a two-week content pipeline
  • Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies
Requirements:
  • A strong portfolio of branded short-form content
  • Confidence on camera and ability to direct others
  • Experience running shoots and editing for social media platforms
  • Enthusiasm for using AI in creative workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Gold Coast based, with a driver's license for weekly filming
