Digital Content and Engagement Manager

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Digital Content, Growth & Engagement Strategy.
  • Drive digital storytelling that elevates our brand beyond the boundary line.
  • Use data and insights to spark content innovation across web, app, and social channels.
  • Maintain and evolve our website, social platforms, and digital infrastructure.
  • Lead internal content projects and deliver digital solutions across departments.
  • Oversee content planning, production workflows, and brand consistency.
  • Mentor a team of digital creatives—including designers and producers—to help them grow, thrive, and deliver their best work.

You will be responsible for growing our digital footprint, exploring new markets, creating commercial opportunities, and keeping us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving space. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to expand into new audiences and markets.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.
