Technical Expertise Role

The opportunity lies in providing technical knowledge and support to field technicians and service centers.

This highly collaborative office-based function requires:

  • Providing regular technical support to service providers, dealers, and retailers
  • Checking products and parts for accurate identification and service procedures
  • Identifying and providing the correct service literature and information for efficient repair and service of appliances
  • Undertaking training to ensure accurate knowledge of product operation, installation, and servicing techniques

This role is ideal for experienced HVAC professionals who want to move into a more technical advisory position. As a trusted expert, you will provide guidance and direction to others with your extensive knowledge and experience.

You may have previously worked as a technician or service provider of HVAC systems, and possess a strong understanding of good quality standards. A certain level of aptitude is important, but the right attitude is crucial for success.
