Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with our customers;
  • Process orders and/or inquiries efficiently;
  • Maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.


Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
  • Strong computer skills (including Word, Excel);
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
