Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our team in Canberra. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for delivering operational and project services focused on the SOE environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • SOE packaging, task sequencing, and administration and support of Windows 10 and 11.
  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and engaging team.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Intune and SOE environment setup and management.
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Active Directory (Group Policy Management).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Application Control (WDAC).
  • Strong scripting ability in PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch.
  • Experience with task sequencing and endpoint configuration.
  • Proven experience in large-scale software deployments.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance configurations, user policies, and security settings using Intune.
  • Familiarity with best practices and ITIL processes.
  • Experience performing hardware and operating system upgrades.
  • Provide maintenance and enhancements for desktop operating system images (physical and virtual).

Additional Requirements

  • Active Australian Government security clearance (NV1 essential).
  • ITIL certification (desirable).
